New Year Tariff 2007 (2 nights) Rooms are available for a minimum of 2 nights over the New Year period, including the 30th & 31st/31st & 1st. Rates are for a 2 nights’ stay (total for 2 people), & include Accommodation, Table D’Hote Dinner (from our selection of special New Year’s menus), Full English Breakfast, Early Morning Tea or Coffee, Newspaper (subject to availability), & V.A.T. For guests wishing to stay longer, our normal room rates apply.
New Year’s Eve On New Year’s Eve, a very special, 5-course ‘gala’ dinner (£99.50 to non-residents) is ‘topped-&-tailed’ by pre-dinner Canapés, & Coffee with Petit Fours. Preceding & following dinner, a band of musicians provide background music, seeing in the New Year with ‘auld-lang-syne’ & a complimentary glass of Champagne. Room Facilities All of our 18 bedrooms are individually furnished with en-suite facilities, & are equipped with Luxury Toweling Bathrobes, Direct-Dial-Telephone, Satellite Television, Alarm/Clock Radio, Modem Point, Hair Dryer, Mineral Water & Fruit. Most rooms also have a Mini Bar & some have spa/whirlpool baths. As the hotel does not have a lift, access to our first & second floor bedrooms is via the stairs. Single Occupancy/Children 20% reduction for single occupancy. Children over 14 years accepted (adult rates apply). No pets (guide dogs only). Deposit A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 is required to secure every room reservation made for the New Year period, together with a written letter of confirmation. Cancellation Charges In instances where the hotel is unable to re-let accommodation that is cancelled during the following months a percentage of the total room tariff will be charged accordingly - October 50%, November 75%, & December 100%. We therefore strongly recommend the use of U.K. holiday insurance.
