Terms & Conditions
All reservations must be confirmed in writing or
guaranteed by credit card.
In the event of cancellation or non-arrival,
unless we are able to re-let room(s), a full charge will be levied.
We
therefore strongly recommend that guests take out independent insurance to
cover any unforseen circumstances.
Check-in 2.00 p.m./Check-out 11.00 a.m.
(late departure may be
possible upon request; a charge may be applicable).
The hotel does not have a lift. Access to our first and second floor
bedrooms is via the stairs;
access to the Boathouse is via the
garden.
Our ‘Abbots Cellar Restaurant’ is located downstairs; corkage is not
available.
Children over 14 years of age accepted (adult rates apply); we are
unable to accommodate pets (guide dogs only).
Gratuities are not included in our prices and are entirely at guests’
discretion.
Special dietary requests catered for with prior
notification/consultation.
Breakfast 7.30 a.m. - 9.30 a.m. (10.00 a.m. Sunday) Lunch 12.30 a.m.
-1.45 p.m. Dinner 7.30 p.m. - 9.45 p.m.
We respectfully request that guests observe our minimum dress code of
respectable, smart, casual clothing.
Secure parking in the hotel grounds; moorings are available for guests
arriving by boat.
Hotel is not liable for guests’ personal belongings unless deposited
for safe keeping.
Gift Vouchers are available to purchase in various denominations.
The hotel reserves the right to alter/change times and prices without
