New Year Tariff 2011

Rooms are available for 1 or 2 nights over the New Year period, including the nights of 31 December, 30 and 31 December or 31 December and 1 January. Rates are for a 1 or 2 nights’ stay (total for 2 people), and include Accommodation, Table D’Hote Dinner, Full English Breakfast, Early Morning Tea or Coffee, Newspaper (subject to availability), and V.A.T. On New Year’s Eve, a very special, 8-Course ‘Tasting Menu’ (£120.00 to non-residents) is ‘topped-and-tailed’ by pre-dinner Canapés, and Coffee with Petit Fours, and the enjoyment of some ‘up-close’ table magic for your entertainment. Preceding and following dinner, our pianist will provide convivial background music, and the New Year will be celebrated to the ‘live’ chimes of Big Ben, a Champagne Toast and ‘auld-lang-syne’. For guests wishing to stay longer, our normal room rates apply.

Room Facilities

The Priory Hotel’s eighteen guest rooms range from romantic suites in the Boathouse on the riverbank (with Jacuzzi/Spa baths), to smaller (but no less romantic) bedrooms overlooking the beautiful grounds, gardens and inner courtyard. Each room has been individually furnished to exude its own warmth and special charm using soft furnishing such as Mulberry chenilles, Varanasi silks, Lewis and Wood Toile-du-Jouys, Sanderson linens, and Nina Campbell palettes (to name but a few). All guest rooms are equipped with Luxury Towelling Bathrobes, Molton Brown Toiletries, ‘Freeview’ Television/Radio (with DVD and CD), Telephone, Hair Dryer, WiFi/Broadband Connection (free), Mineral Water, Fresh Fruit, Magazines and Books; most rooms also have a Mini Bar. As the hotel does not have a lift, access to our first and second floor bedrooms is via the stairs; access to our Abbots Cellar Restaurant is also via stairs.

Single Occupancy/Children

20% reduction for single occupancy. Children over 14 years accepted (adult rates apply). No pets (guide dogs only).

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 is required to secure every room reservation made for the New Year period, together with a written letter of confirmation.

Cancellation Charges

In instances where the hotel is unable to re-let accommodation that is cancelled during the following
months a percentage of the total room tariff will be charged accordingly - October 50%, November 75%,
and December 100%. We therefore strongly recommend the use of U.K. holiday insurance.
