All reservations must be confirmed in writing or guaranteed by credit card.

In the event of cancellation or non-arrival, unless we are able to re-let room(s), a full charge will be levied. We therefore strongly recommend that guests take out independent insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances.

Check-in 2.00 p.m./Check-out 11.00 a.m. (late departure may be possible upon request; a charge may be applicable).

The hotel does not have a lift. Access to our first and second floor bedrooms is via the stairs; access to the Boathouse is via the garden.

Our ' Abbots Cellar Restaurant' is located downstairs; corkage is not available.

Children over 14 years of age accepted (adult rates apply); we are unable to accommodate pets (guide dogs only).

Gratuities are not included in our prices and are entirely at guests' discretion.

Special dietary requests catered for with prior notification/consultation.

Breakfast 7.30 a.m. - 9.30 a.m. (10.00 a.m. Sunday); Lunch 12.30 a.m. -1.45 p.m.; Dinner 7.00 p.m. - 9.30 p.m.

We respectfully request that guests observe our minimum dress code of respectable, smart, casual clothing.

Secure parking in the hotel grounds; moorings are available for guests arriving by boat.

Hotel is not liable for guests' personal belongings unless deposited for safe keeping.

The hotel reserves the right to alter/change times and prices without prior notification.
